PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Gofer Way does not authorize the sale or rent of illegal products or services in any way. Gofer Way will not take on legal responsibilities for any affiliates operating under the Gofer Way system. Gofer Way reserves the right to deny affiliates service or suspend affiliates account immediately and without notice if in violation of the terms of this contract.

The following products and services are NOT allowed:

• Pornography and / or adult content, dating service, exotic or erotic dancing and massage, phone chat lines
• Fireworks or any explosive devices
• Alcohol/Tobacco products
• Illegal drugs or paraphernalia (bongs, pipes, etc.)
• Sites or groups that promote hatred, racism or religious persecution
• Satellite signal decoding cards
• Weapons such as firearms, stun guns, air guns, paint guns, swords and knives or any other item designed with the intended purpose of harming others
• Gambling, sports gambling, or fantasy sports that give out prizes and or money
• Financial advice and other services such as stock trading and banking
• "Money making schemes"
• Payment processors, or any aggregation type services
• Online game resources (ex: characters, items, currency, etc.)
• Personal information, "leads," and data aggregation sales
• Live animals
• Test exams and study aids
• Degrees or diplomas (unless accredited by an association recognized by U.S. Secretary of Education, ASPA, or CHEA)
• Prescription drugs or devices, controlled substances, unapproved drugs, unapproved medical devices
• Imitations of name brand products
• Any product or service that would allow circumventing locks, programming codes or security features, or to gain access to features or services that have not been paid for
• Spyware, malware, e-mail advertising, or commercial messaging services
• Recalled or defective products
• Radar and laser detectors and jammers
• Psychic readings
• Hazardous or toxic materials, combustibles, or corrosives
• Human body parts, fluids, and remains
• Graphic design, web design, web hosting, domain names, etc
